Kentucky Route 290 (KY 290) is a 9-mile (14 km) north-south road in Jackson County, Kentucky. Its south end is in Annville on KY 30 and the north end is in Downtown McKee on US 421. The locals quote that this road does not need guardrails because of all of the roadside memorials. KY 290 is quoted "The Worst Road in Jackson County, KY."
